MODERNE FURNITURE offers free shipping all over Canada for all orders of $500 minimum.

We use reputable local carriers to ship products to customers.

Ontario: 2-5 business days

Quebec: 5-10 business days

Other provinces: 10-15 business days

PICKUPS DETAILS

Customer are welcome to pickup and save 5% on products cost ā€“ We call it PAID PICKUP.

Please choose pickup option at checkout if you intend to pickup your items yourself. 24 to 48 hours confirmation is required before picking up items. All pickups will be from our Toronto fulfillment warehouse. We will not be responsible for any damages that happen after pickup from our location.

Most products require some kind of installation ranging from light to complex depending on the type of furniture. MODERNE FURNITURE only provides installation to customers who have purchased its ā€œWHITE GLOVE SERVICEā€ option, which is only available within 200 kms from Toronto. To facilitate the installation task for any furniture purchased from us, the instruction manual, tools, and necessary hardware will be provided with the product. Customers are encouraged to use the help of any local service provider, if deemed necessary, for furniture installation.

WHITE GLOVE SERVICE

Some customers enjoy our ā€œWHITE GLOVEā€ service option. This service includes not only the delivery, but as well complete installation of furniture and the removal/disposal of all packaging and the old furniture or item being replaced if necessary. The cost of this service is 25% of the total purchase cost. This service proves to be very convenient for customers with limited physical abilities or people who donā€™t have this extraĀ do-it-yourselfĀ skill. Our WHITE GLOVE SERVICE only available within 200 kms from Toronto.

With our Free Shipping option, items are delivered to the front door of customer house or to the main entrance or lobby of the delivery address.

  • You will be responsible for transport beyond that point
  • Customer must be present to receive the order.
  • Assembly, unpacking, and removal of packaging not included

IMPORTANT DETAILS

The carrier will call you 24-48 hours before delivery to arrange a delivery time that will vary depending on the freight carrierā€™s schedule. Whatever information you can give during the phone call will be given to the driver to help the transport of your purchase.

  • Our carriers operate 7 days a week and sometimes work long hours up to 10 pm. They will provide a 2 to 4 hours delivery window before they arrive at a customer place.
  • Please inform our customer service if you have any circumstances that could affect the delivery (additional fees may apply):
    • Very narrow driveway
    • Dead-end street
    • Ferry for island locations, etc. (fees may apply)
    • The driver will need to park in a specific place
    • Delivery to a side door or garage entrance
  • Please make sure not to miss your delivery appointment or else you will incur additional delivery fees such as re-delivery, storage charges and/or return shipping costs

Mostly, when an item is listed as ā€œin stockā€, local customers in Ontario can receive their orders within 5 business days. Quebec customers 5 to 10 business days and other provinces 10 to 15 days business days.

If listed "on back orderā€ - "out of stock" - " pre-order" - "custom order" customers will be given an approximate date for product availability and shipping.
