1. How long does it take to ship an order?
All in-stock orders are processed within 48 hours. Ontario orders are fulfilled within 5 business days - Quebec within 10 business days - And other provinces take up to 15 days.
2. Does the furniture require installation?
Except for some special items, most furniture will require some sort of installation. Installation manual and tools are provided for each installation.
3. Do your products come with a warranty?
All our items are sold with a minimum 1 year warranty, except for the clearance products. Our luxury hotel mattress collection comes with a 10 year manufacturer warranty. Other furniture comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty.
4. Do you provide financing?
We provide financing via Affirm and RBC PayPlan.
5. Is shipping free?
We provide free shipping to Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia.
6. What is your return policy?
If you have purchased a product and changed your mind, you can simply return it to our fulfillment centre located in Mississauga, Ontario. After we have inspected and confirmed items are in the same new condition we had given to you, we will refund the full amount you had paid back to the same credit card you used for that order.
